Software-defined networking (SDN) provides many benefits, including traffic programmability, agility, and network automation. However, budget constraints burdened with technical (e.g., scalability, fault tolerance, security issues) and, sometimes, business challenges (user acceptance confidence of operators) make providers indecisive for full SDN deployment. Therefore, incremental deployment functionality through the placement a limited set devices among traditional represents rational efficient environment that can offer customers modern more data-intensive services. A unique challenge is flexible distribution loads on servers serve these services in environments. The research this paper focuses developing new load balancing scheme utilizing hybrid built minimal (controller one switch). We propose novel to monitor current server indicators apply multi-parameter metrics scheduling connections balance as efficiently possible. base continuous monitoring implementations (CPU load, I/O Read, Write, Link Upload, Download) connections. testing performed aims server’s obtained results have shown mechanism achieves better than existing schemes networks.
